Complaints Procedure
We aim to provide the highest quality of education and care for all our children. However if you have any concerns that are not resolved by discussion with the Playgroup staff we have a complaints procedure which is provide in your welcome pack for your guidance.
Child Protection
The Playgroup follows the procedures set out by the Area Child Protection Committee. Kim Julier is the nominated staff member responsible for child protection and she has received the appropriate training for this role.
